Palmini Crab Pasta

This pasta is light and delicious, but packed with flavor.

INGREDIENTS
1 6oz bag of Palmini, which you can order here
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons ghee
8 ounces of crab meat
2 tablespoons ghee
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/8 cup of chicken broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
STEPS
Preheat a large non-stick pan then add your ghee. Heat should be medium.
Meanwhile, precook your Palmini by boiling the noodles in water following package instructions. I boiled for 7 min. Drain and set aside.
Add your garlic and sauté one minute.
Add your chicken broth and lemon juice and sauté about another 3 min letting broth reduce.
Remove garlic and ghee mixture from heat and add the crab meat and Palmini to this pan.
Stir everything together and add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste and your olive oil.
Top with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
